Your range of tasks:

As a HR and Payroll Officer at CAL Consult, you will play a crucial role in the heartbeat of our operations. Your responsibilities will span across HR administration, enhancing our processes, and handling payroll services with external support. You take care of accounts receivable and accounts payable. In addition to supporting employees with general HR issues, you will manage and maintain employee data. You’ll also manage various administrative and office management tasks, contributing to a vibrant and efficient workplace environment. This position offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact. Supporting employees with general HR themes. Administration and updating of employee data.

What you’ll bring:

We are in search of an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates should possess: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, or a similar qualification
  • A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, coupled with reliability. 
  • Preferably, experience with payroll administration within SAP and a background in business administration. 
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, with German language skills considered a plus.
