Your range of tasks:

As part of our Customer Support Team you will act as the link between our customers and our specialists. You will communicate with our clients to help them solve diverse procedural and technical issues they are experiencing with our software.
Customer satisfaction and a high quality of service go hand in hand and are important to us. Therefore we are looking to expand our team with someone who sees providing service as a challenge and knows how to carry this out with enthusiasm.

What you’ll bring:

  • A customer-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of warehousing and logistics is preferred but not required
  • Fluence in the Dutch and/or German language; preferably English as well
