Your range of tasks:

  • Perform day-to-day HR administrative and organisational duties
  • Handling of end-to-end recruiting process
  • Support management and employees on various HR-related matters
  • Handle time tracking and ensure accurate monthly reports
  • Organize and coordinate employee development and training activities
  • Contribute to improving employee satisfaction through HR initiatives
  • Optimizing and digitalization of HR processes
  • On- and Offboarding
  • Support office management tasks as needed

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or completed business apprenticeship
  • Several years of HR experience, with solid knowledge of labour law
  • Structured and goal-oriented work
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and empathy
  • High sense of responsibility and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
